Armenian GM Movses Movsisyan playing under the USA flag gained 5.5
score from 7 possible ones in Chess Open Tournament held in the
USA. 40 chess players were taking part in the competition.
Varujan Hakobyan, the other Armenian GM presenting the USA participated
in another international competition, gained 5.5 scores and took 2-6
horizontals. Armenian GM was by 0.5 scores above the champion of
the competition. Armenian GM Davit Harutyunyan presenting Georgia
participated in "Capella La Grande" international competition and
managed to gain the second horizontal. 612 chess players took part in
the competition. The champion of the competition became Azeri Gashimov.
