Official Yerevan does not rush to make final judgments on Kosovo’s
independence declaration. Today Vardan Oskanyan and Jan Kubis the
minister of the foreign affairs minister of Slovakia and the president
of ministers’ committee of the Council of Europe held a meeting and
Oskanyan said;
"We should announce about our position in a more convenient moment".
