All eight participants of the Morelia-Linares Chess Tournament
are known.
The competition will be held in Morelia (Mexico) February 15-23 and
will continue in Linares (Spain) February 26 – March 7. the tournament
will feature Armenian Grand Master Levon Aronyan, Vishwanathan Anand
of India, Vasili Ivanchuk of Ukraine, Veselin Topalov of Bulgaria,
Peter Leco of Hungary, Teymur Rajabov of Azerbaijan, Alexey Shirov
of Spain and Magnus Carlsen of Norway.
