ARMENIA TOURIST ARRIVALS RISE RECORD 33.5% IN 2007

YEREVAN, February 4. /ARKA/. Tourist arrivals in Armenia increased by
33.5% in 2007 as compared to 2006, the RA National Statistical Service
(NSS) reports.
510.300 tourists visited the country in 2007 against 382,200 in 2006.
Tourist departures from Armenia increased by 38.7% to 467,600 in the
reporting period.
