"Karabakh Telecom" CJSC informs that based on the transition the
digital ATS, blocked telephone numbers of Stepanakert will be partially
disconnected till 1-March-2008 due to technical reasons.

After the implementation of the corresponding works the numbers
will be restored on the ordinary basis (without any blocking). The
subscription fee will not be charged within the downtime.

Karabakh Telecom apologizes for the inconveniences caused to
subscribers and asks to inform their nonresident relatives and
colleagues of the impending changes.
