AZERBAIJAN HANDS POW OVER TO ARMENIA

Private of the Armenian army Hambartsum Asatryan, who was taken
prisoner on 4 August 2007, was handed over [to Armenia] today. A
source at the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry reported that the prisoner
was handed over at about 1300 [0900 gmt] on the contact line of
troops, in the area between [Azerbaijan’s] Qazax and [Armenia’s]
Ijevan districts on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border.
