/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Armenian captive Hambartsum Mnatsakanyan will be
conveyed to Armenia. As RA Defense Minister’s Spokesman, Colonel Seyran
Shahsuvaryan told PanARMENIAN.Net, the transfer will take place at
the Ijevan-Ghazakh sector of the Armenian-Azeri border on January 25.
