"We welcome any initiative aimed at fostering a dialogue in South
Caucasus," Armenia’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Vladimir Karapetian
told Azeri APA Agency.
The agency wanted to know RA FM’s stance towards the program entitled
"Armenia-Azerbaijan-Turkey: Move Toward Dialogue". The Caucasian Center
for Peace Building Efforts has invited an Azerbaijani delegation
including human rights activists, journalists, writers, political
scientists and experts.
"Armenia pushes for peace and dialogue. Such programs must be
ongoing. They must involve all countries.
Diplomatic ties and public communications promote peaceful resolution
of the Karabakh conflict" Karapetian said.
