DANIEL FRIED: STABILITY IMPOSSIBLE WHILE ARMENIA REMAINS ISOLATED

International conference on "The Azerbaijan-Turkey-US Relations
and their importance for Eurasia" was held in Mayflower Hotel in
Washington.
Addressing the conference, US Deputy Secretary of State for European
and Eurasian Affairs Daniel Fried decaled that "the time has come to
complete the work on the basic principles of Karabakh settlement."
"The South Caucasus cannot fully use its potential without resolution
of the Karabakh conflict. Until Armenia is isolated, the common
view of prosperity and freedom, therefore also stability will remain
unachievable," Daniel Fried declared.
