Spitak earthquake victims commemorated in Stepanakert

earthquake was marked in Nagorno Karabakh today.
President Bako Sahakian, NA Speaker Ashot Ghulian,
Prime Minister Ara Harutyunian, MPs and army
commanders laid wreaths to the Memorial of
Stepanakert.
The priests of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian
Apostolic Church held a public service for the peace
of the victims’ souls, IA Regnum reports.
