NKR to deliver an Azeri citizen up

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ As a goodwill gesture, NKR authorities will
unilaterally deliver up Azeri citizen Aliyev Anar Maarif ogly, 29, who
was detained when crossing the Karabakhi border August 2, 2007.

The NKR state committee on POWs, hostages and missing said Thursday
that given frequent visits of the ICRC representatives, Aliyev kept
correspondence with his relations in Azerbaijan, Novosti Armenia
reports.
