Oskanian will depart for Madrid to participate in the summit of OSCE
Foreign Ministers due November 29-30.

Vartan Oskanian is scheduled to meet with Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk
Group on the Nagorno Karabakh s conflict settlement. He will also
hold a series of bilateral meetings, the RA MFA press office reported.
