Armenian president names judges to first instance courts
[Presenter] President [Robert Kocharyan] signed a directive
concerning assigning specialized judges to courts of first instance
in compliance with provision 11 of Article 55 of the Armenian
constitution and proceeding form the conclusions of the Justice
Council as of 27 November 2007.
