ARMENIAN CHESS PLAYERS TO LEAVE FOR ANTALIA

November 18th the World Youth Chess Championship kicks off in the
city of Antalia. Eighteen young chess players will represent Armenia
in five age groups (10, 12, 14, 16 and 18-years-old).
Below is the list of the Armenian sportsmen:
Tigran Harutiunian, Manuel Petrossian, Hrant Mejlumian (10-year-old
group)
Hovhannes Gabuzian, Norair Torossian (12-year-old group)
Robert Aghasarian, the 2006 World champion under 12, Samvel
Ter-Sahakian, Vahe Baghdassarian (14-year-old group)
Robert Hovhannissian (16-year-old group)
Hovik Hairapetian, Avetik Grigorian, Hrant Melkumian, the 2006 World
vice-champion under 18 (18-year-old group)
Mariam Manukian (10-year-old group)
Svetlana Mirzabekian (12-year-old group)
Lusine Torossian (14-year-old group)
Arusyak Karkhanian (16-year-old group)
Nune Darbinian (18-year-old group)
The championship will be comprised of 11 tours.
