The NKR Prime Minister A.Haroutyunian today has convened a conference
having a relation to the questions of forest mass of Artsakh. By
participation of representatives of compotent government bodies a
detailed talk has enlarged on the questions of realizing a purposeful
program in all forest economics of the republic and strengthening
control over felling. By government decision a new order of felling
licence will be established. The Prime Minister has expressed anxiety
about illegal felling and instructed all the compotent structures to
take all measures for suspending infringements upon forest.
Vice-premier – Minster of Agriculture A.Tsatrian, Minister of Finance
S.Tevossian, Minister of economic development B.Babaian, the chief of
NKR Police A.Gharamian has presented at the conference. (Department
