ArmInfo. A framework agreement on Karabakh conflict may be signed
by Armenia and Azerbaijan by the spring of 2008, US Co-chair of OSCE
Minsk Group Matthew Bryza said, reports.
He said there is probability that Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents
sign a framework agreement on Karabakh conflict before the presidential
election in Armenia.
