According to Nagorno-Karabagh Republic PM Ara Harutyunian’s decision,
Emma Gabrielian was relieved of the post of Deputy Minister of NKR
Social Security today.
According to another decision of NKR government’s head, Lenston Gulian,
who had occupied the position of Deputy Minister of Territorial
Administration and Development of Infrastructures, was appointed to
this post.
