ARMROSGAZPROM TO ISSUE CORPORATE BONDS

ArmRosgazprom, a joint venture set up in 1997, plans another issue
of $14.84 worth of medium-term bonds. According to the company,
the issue will be made part of the corporate bond program approved
by its board of directors on September 12, 2007. At its meeting, the
board also reviewed the implementation of the agreement signed between
Armenia’s government and Gazprom in March 2006, which stipulates for
Gazprom’s participation in gas projects in Armenia.
