RESULTS OF CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS IN INTERBANK MARKET FOR SEPTEMBER 11

The transactions in the Interbank currency market for September 10 made
up $250,000 (85.100 mln drams), which exceeds than the previous trading
day indicator 2,6 times. According to the data of the commercial
banks, the average exchange rate of USD fell by 1.2 point to 340.40
AMD/$1 USD. The data of the Armenian stock exchange say the currency
transactions on the floor made up $2.500 (851.200 mln drams), which
exceeds the similar indicator of the Interbank market 10 times.
The average weighted rate at the exchange made up 340,48 AMD/$1 USD.
