Tigran Torosyan says, "It is strange that everyone speaks about the
nomination of the first President. As if some people mix the order.
You usually speak about nominations only after the nominations. Before
that similar "discussions" are simply senseless especially in case
of the first president.
Probably some people don’t have any other topic to discuss and they
are looking for topics. But it would have been more correct to express
opinions or discuss such issues after the first president announces
about his intentions to stand for the coming presidential elections."
