The former chief of the criminal-executive establishments board of
Armenian Justice Ministry Samvel Hovannisyan has been arrested.

As press-secretary of the Armenian prosecutor general Sona Truzyan
told Arminfo correspondent, Hovannisyan was accused according to the
131 clause, part 3 of Armenian Criminal code (kidnapping). Truzyan
declined to inform the details of the case.
