Assuming as a basis the 2nd point of the 7th article of the NKR law
about the body regulating public services and economic competition
I d e c i d e. 1. To appoint the members of the NKR State Commission
for Regulating Public Services and Economic Competition Vache Adamian
as the president of the Commision (the term of power is 5 years),
Garik Avanesian as a deputy (the term of power-4 years), Andrey
Mousaelian as a member of the Commission (the term of power-3 years),
Aida Avagian as a member of the Commission (the term of power-2 years),
Haik Torosian as a member of the Commission (the term of power-a year)
2. This decree comes into force from the signing moment. A. Ghoukasian,
