A group of geodesists and platters began the preparatory works of
constructing Kars-Akhalkalaki-Baku railway at about 07.00 a.m. in
Kartsakh, on the border line of Georgia and Turkey.

According to Javakhq-info geodesists work in four-five groups.

As our sources inform, the preparatory works will last one month.
