Nagornyy Karabakh Republic has always been for restoration of contacts
with Azerbaijan, the NKR president’s advisor, Arman Melikyan told
ArmInfo correspondent when commenting on the latest visit by
Azerbaijani intellectuals to Nagornyy
Karabakh.
Saying that separate representatives of the Azerbaijani intelligentsia
assess this visit as "the necessity of having contacts with Azerbaijani
