GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCES CONCESSION TENDER FOR ARMENIAN AIRLINES

The Armenian ministry of transport and community announced a
preliminary tender to transfer Armenian Railways property on a
concession agreement. The ministry will make the selection early
September.

Several applicants meeting tender requirements will be selected at this
preliminary stage. The best bidder will be selected at a later date.

Reminder: This concession agreement will be signed for 30 years which
may be prolonged for another 20 years after 20 years of signing the
document passes.
