NKR President Arkady Ghukasyan signed a decree on appointing the new staff
of the NKR Central Electoral Commission.

Samvel Arakelyan ` representative of the `Free Motherland’ Party
Zarmik Shahramanyan ` representative of the `Free Motherland’ Party
Raya Nazaryan ` representative of the Democratic Party of Artsakh
Semyon Afiyan ` representative of the Democratic Party of Artsakh
Sergey Shahverdyan ` representative of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun ` Movement 88
