BEST ACTORS RECEIVE ARTAVAZD AWARD
Annual awards `Artavazd’ were handed to the actors of theater
yesterday on the International Day of Theater. Lilit Arzumanyan,
chair of award committee, said applications from the Armenian regions
`were very weak’ and did not comply competition requirements.
The committee decided to give `Artavazd’ big award to Galia
Novents. The performance `Take the arms!’ (I zen) has been awarded the
title of `Best Performance.’ Satenik Hakhnazaryan and Armen Marutyan
won the title of `Best Performance of a Man and a Woman.’
This is the 7th time `Artavazd’ award competition is held.
