YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 27, NOYAN TAPAN. On February 26, NKR President
Arkady Ghoukassian met with members of ARFD Bureau in Yerevan. As
Noyan Tapan was informed from NKR Permanent Representation in RA,
during the meeting they discussed issues related to Nagorno Karabakh
settlement negotiations process, as well as other issues of mutual
interest, relating to the process.
