NO SERIOUS PROGRESSES EXPECTED IN 2007 NEGOTIATIONS FOR NAGORNO

Stepanakert, January 18. ArmInfo. "Azerbaijan will keep on negotiating
until Baku-Tbilisi-Jeikhan oil line works. Aliyev’s statements are
