YEREVAN, DECEMBER 13, NOYAN TAPAN. The defenders of the Defence
of Liberated Territories public initiative’s Coordinator Zhirayr
Sefilian will appeal against the decision of Yerevan Kentron and
Nork-Marash communities’ first instance court on choosing arrest as
a preventive punishment to him. NT correspondent ws informed about
it by lawyer Vahe Grigorian. To recap, lawyer Ara Zakarian together
