Fourteen-year-old Samvel Ter-Sahakyan and eighteen-year-old Zaven
Andreasyan among the Armenian chess players have a real chance to
get medals in the European Youth Chess Championship.

Vahe Baghdasaryan – 5 points
Hayk Tamazyan – 4.5 points
participants under 16
Robert Hovhannesyan – 5.5 points
Aghasy Inants – 4 points
participants under 18
Zaven Andreasyan – 6 points
Avetik Grigoryan – 5 points
Only ten-year-old Susanna Gaboyan among Armenian female chess players
has displayed excellent participation so far. She occupies the places
3 – 6 with 6 points.
