SERGE SARGSIAN JOINS RPA
YEREVAN, JULY 19, NOYAN TAPAN. Serge Sargsian, RA Defence Minister,
Secretary of the National Security Council under RA President,
has become a member of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA). Party
Spokesperson Arshak Zakarian informed radio Liberty on July 18 that
“Serge Sargsian’s application has been sustained: he is already a
party member.”
He said that the party’s coming congress will decide what position
Serge Sargsian will occupy in the party. RPA congress will be held
on July 22.
