YEREVAN, MAY 22, NOYAN TAPAN. RA President Robert Kocharian signed
a decree on May 20 on discharging Hamlet Hovsepian from the post
of the Prosecutor of the Malatia-Sebastia community of the city
of Yerevan. Noyan Tapan was informed about it by the President’s
