Yerevan, 11 October: Armenian President Robert Kocharyan has dismissed
Col Vyacheslav Voskanyan from the post of the commander of the Border
Guard Troops of the National Security Service, the presidential press
service has told Mediamax news agency.
Nothing is reported about the appointment of a new commander.
