ASHOT GHULIAN DISCHARGED FROM POST OF NKR MINISTER OF EDUCATION,
CULTURE AND SPORT ON OCCASION OF BEING ELECTED NKR NA DEPUTY
STEPANAKERT, JUNE 29, NOYAN TAPAN. By the June 28 decree of Arkady
Ghukasian, the NKR President, Ashot Ghulian, the RA Minister of
Education, Culture and Sport is discharged from the occupied post
on the occasion of being elected a Deputy of the NKR National
Assembly. Noyan Tapan was informed about it by the NKR Chief
Information Department attached to President.
