Armenia hands over Azeri POW in Nachichevan

Armenia handed over a POW to Azerbaijan today.
The press secretary of the Armenian Defence Ministry, Col Seyran
Shakhsuvaryan, has told our correspondent that a private, Orxan Isa
oglu Cafarov, from a military unit in Nachichevan [Azerbaijani
exclave] deserted to Armenia on 5 May.
Today at 1300 [0800 gmt], the soldier was handed over to Azerbaijan.
Earlier Karabakh handed over three POWs to Azerbaijan, and in turn,
the latter returned two POWs to Armenia [on 12 May].
