ERNA HAYRIYAN APPOINTED JUDGE OF CHAMBER ON CIVIL AND ECONOMIC CASES OF RA COURT OF CASSATION
YEREVAN, APRIL 6, NOYAN TAPAN. According to the April 6 decree of RA
President, the authorities of Hamlet Gevorgian, judge of the Chamber
on Civil and Economic Cases of RA Cassation Court, were stopped in
connection with his reaching the age of resignation. According to RA
President’s Press Service, by another decree signed by the President
Erna Hayriyan was appointed a judge of the Chamber on Civil and
Economic Cases of RA Cassation Court and was relieved of the post
of a judge of the first instance court of Achapniak and Davidashen
Yerevan communities.
