Russia ready to assist in Karabakh settlement – Putin

Yerevan, 25 March: Russian President Vladimir Putin today said in
Yerevan that “together with all our partners” Moscow is ready “to
render any assistance” for the peaceful settlement of the Nagornyy
Karabakh conflict.
Speaking at a news conference in Yerevan following the talks with
Armenian President Robert Kocharyan, Vladimir Putin said that “we
are expecting the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders’ regular meeting
and hope that it will be productive”.
