I have spoken about this several times, noting that its deep purpose is also the humiliation that Azerbaijan subjects to the ruling elite of Armenia, forcing them to “atone” until 2020-21 for their rhetoric, statements, steps, photos, forcing them to atone for every letter of the word Artsakh.

Let no one think that it is only politics. By imposing this behavior on the elite of Armenia, Azerbaijan is indirectly forcing the destruction of moral and value system milestones in public perceptions. Armenia is very close to the point when Russia will have to rebuild its economic relations with it. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk said this in an interview with TASS:

Yesterday’s meeting in Moscow between Nikol Pashinyan and Vladimir Putin was not an ordinary official meeting. In a carefully calculated public speech, Putin delivered a message that was both diplomatic and politically devastating.
