Armenian Venerologist On Side Effects Of Premature Sex

ARMENIAN VENEROLOGIST ON SIDE EFFECTS OF PREMATURE SEX

Venerologist Karen Vardanyan recommends young people to refrain from
having sex until they are 24.

At a news conference on Tuesday, the doctor explained that the human
organism undergoes maturity processes until that age – both physically
and psychologically.

“It is, of course, very individual, and everyone is responsible for
himself or herself. But it is necessary to explain to teenagers that
they need to do their best to avoid a premature intercourse as that
may cause certain problems,” he said.

The expert noted that the average age of sex in Armenia is 19.6
(as of 2008).

He further said that he does not encourage the distribution of condoms
among young people in the streets.

Samvel Khudoyan, a psychologist also attending the news conference,
recommended women to avoid bearing children if they are aged below
20 or above 40.

“Experience shows that premature childbirth increases the likelihood
of having unhealthy children. Even the African tribes that start sexual
life at early ages are no recommended to have children,” he said.

BAKU: ‘New Wave Of Emigration Will Hit Armenia’

‘NEW WAVE OF EMIGRATION WILL HIT ARMENIA’

“The Armenians vote with their feet and fled from Armenia,” Political
scientist Vafa Guluzade said, commenting on reports that the fabricated
elections in Armenia will be followed by a new wave of emigration
from the country.

He believes migration from Armenia is of traditional character and
still keeps its tendency.

“Those Armenians who have the opportunity leave the country. Already
half of the population fled the country. For example, particularly
strict laws regarding the departure of young people outside of
Nagorno-Karabakh led to the exodus of young Armenians from the occupied
territories. Armenia, being under the absolute influence of Russia,
found itself in the unenviable economic situation, the country is
morally suppressed and lacks any prospects,” he said.

Armenia needs a peace with Azerbaijan, opening of the borders with
Turkey, as well as withdrawal of Russia from its territory.

“Armenia itself does not protect its borders due to the fact that
it is surrounded by the Russian border guards and constrained by an
alliance treaty with Russia. Tiny flea concluded a military alliance
with the elephant,” he said. Guluzade said Armenia is an abnormal
country in the abnormal situation.

Russia Wants Missile Defense Issue On NATO Summit Agenda

RUSSIA WANTS MISSILE DEFENSE ISSUE ON NATO SUMMIT AGENDA

PanARMENIAN.Net – The Russian president is unlikely to attend a NATO
summit in Chicago if the missile defense issue is not on its agenda,
Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Tuesday, March 6,
RIA Novosti reported.

“Russia has an invitation to the NATO summit; everything depends on
the agenda,” he said.

However, if the issue of the NATO missile defense system remains
unchanged, then the chances of the Russian president attending the
summit “will be even smaller,” he added.

“We have a considerable amount of work in progress but in the absence
of [a discussion] on missile defense there would probably not be
enough to take part in the summit,” Ryabkov said.

NATO members agreed to create a missile shield over Europe to protect
it against ballistic missiles launched by so-called rogue states,
such as Iran and North Korea, at a summit in Lisbon, Portugal, in 2010.

Russia has demanded that NATO provide written, legally binding
guarantees that its missile shield will not be directed against Moscow
but the alliance has been reluctant to meet the demand.

ARMENIAN PRESIDENT: FINAL SETTLEMENT OF NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT IMPLIES RESPECT FOR NATIONS’ SELF-DETERMINATION RIGHT

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, who is paying a working visit
to Brussels, has me with NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.

The press service of the Armenian President quotes him as saying after
the meeting that Armenia is actively developing its partnership with
NATO and is deeply reforming its defense, security and emergency
response systems.

Sargsyan said that the Armenia-NATO IPAP is the corner stone of
Armenia-NATO relations.

“In Nov 2011 we approved the third stage of this program. I am glad
that NATO and its Secretary General are of a high opinion of Armenia’s
efforts to preserve peace and stability worldwide. We realize that
only by a joint effort we can overcome common challenges. For this
purpose, last summer we tripled our peacekeeping force in Afghanistan,”
the Armenian President said.

Sargsyan and Rasmussen also discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh peace talks.

The Armenian President said that Azerbaijan’s refusal to build
confidence is the key obstacle to the peace process. He specified
that Azerbaijan refuses to remove snipers from the contact line and
to investigate border incidents.

“The Azeri authorities continue their anti-Armenian propaganda. A few
days ago the Azeri President said that the Armenians living worldwide
are the key enemy of the Azeri people. I think that the world community
should react to this statement,” the Armenian President said.

Sargsyan and Rasmussen were unanimous that the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict should be resolved exclusively in the framework of the OSCE
Minsk Group.

The Armenian President said that final settlement implies respect
for nations’ right to self-determination and real security guarantees.

Head Of Kajaran Village Writes A Letter To Serzh Sargsyan

HEAD OF KAJARAN VILLAGE WRITES A LETTER TO SERZH SARGSYAN

18:21 . 05/03

The head of Kajaran village of Syunik marz Vardan Atayan has written
an open letter to President Serzh Sargsyan. The reason is the
government’s decision, according to which the agricultural lands of
several villages, including Kajaran village of Syunik marz will be
given to Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine for the operation of the
open mine and for the enhancement of the poisonous waste dumps.

The village head informs that before taking the decision, no one has
consulted with the residents and they learnt about the decision by
chance. Vardan Atayan thinks that people pass misleading information
on the issue to the president and unnecessarily manipulate his name.

“What fate is expected for Kajaran?” The local residents have posed
this question to the prime minister who visited Kajaran on March 3.

Tigran Sargsyan hasn’t said anything giving hope that the government’s
decision will be annulled. He, according to the letter, has rather
spoken about destroying the village and using it for the mining
industry.

“By the way, the prime minister who has visited Kajaran village twice
since September 2011, didn’t wish to enter the village at least once,
which is 3km away from the town of Kajaran and to speak with the
villagers who have been in uncertainty for a long time”, the open
letter of Vardan Atayan addressed to the president says.

The residents of Kajaran hope that the president will annul the
government’s decision and will contribute to the strengthening of
the village of Kajaran with practical steps.
