La Maison Blanche a confirme que le Tapis des orphelins du genocide
armenien serait prete dans le cadre d’une exposition au centre des
visiteurs de la Maison Blanche qui se deroulera du 18 au 23 Novembre
a rapporte le Representant Adam Schiff.

L’exposition – intitulee a declare Aram Hamparian, Directeur executif
du Comite National Armenien d’Amerique.

OPPOSITION MP NIKOL PASHINYAN URGES ARMENIAN PARLIAMENT TO DEFINE CONCEPT OF POLITICAL PRISONER

Opposition MP Nikol Pashinyan suggested on Monday organizing
parliamentary hearings in order to define the concept of political
prisoner.

He said that there are 13 political prisoners in Armenia, including
the leader of Tseghakron movement Shant Harutyunyan, his under-age son
Shahen Harutyunyan and hero of Nagorno- Karabakh war Volodya Avetisyan,
who were recently sentenced to 6, 4 and 6 years in jail.

To note, all of them are in opposition to the ruling regime.

OVER 130 COMPANIES TO BE PRESENTED AT EXPO-RUSSIA ARMENIA 2014

YEREVAN, October 21./ARKA/. Over 130 companies will participate in
EXPO-RUSSIA ARMENIA 2014 to be held at Yerevan Expo o October 22-24,
director of the exhibition Svetlana Zabelina said.

The exhibition will cover energy, engineering, metallurgy,
construction, transport, telecommunications, insurance, agriculture,
forestry, industry, medicine, education, mining and food industries,
Zabelina said.

Russia’s trade representative to Armenia Andrey Babko said
participants will contribute to a complex business mission during the
exhibition. The mission gives entrepreneurs from Russia and Armenia
a chance to meet each other and to negotiate, which is now even more
important bearing in mind Armenia’s accession to the EEU, Babko said.

It will be an achievement even if a fifth of the contacts will lead
to a success, according to the trade representative.

Armenia has been a center for science, innovations and inventions,
and can become a transport and logistics center within the Customs
Union on the way to Western Asia and Iran, Babko said.

Head of Multy Group management board Sergey Arustamyan, in his
turn, said the exhibition will showcase Armenia’s economic sectors
closely tied with Russia, including metallurgy, energy, transport and
telecommunications. The exhibition will help develop these fields in
both countries, he said.

Exhibitions stands are expected from regions of the Russian
Federation such as Tatarstan and Chuvashia, Krasnoyarsk and Stavropol,
Novosibirsk, Rostov, Samara, Smolensk, Kirov and Volgograd.

A conference of prospects for Russia-Armenia expanded cooperation,
presentations from the Russian regions, round-table discussions at
Armenian ministries will be held as part of the event.

The event is held by Zarubej-Expo (Russia) and Multy Group (Armenia)
under auspices of Russia’s Chamber of Industry and Trade, supported
by Russia’s State Duma, the foreign ministry and other agencies,
as well as by Armenian government, the parliament, Russia’s trade
office in Armenia, the Armenian Development Agency and businessmen

WHO KILLED MARCH 1 MURDERS?

During the discussion of the Human Rights Defender’s report of 2013
Member Parliament Nikol Pashinyan noted that the HRD has reported that
the chapter of March 1 has not been closed yet. The authors of March
1 have not been revealed yet, and in this context Aghvan Hovsepyan’s
statement that March 1 has been revealed is strange, Nikol Pashinyan
said. According to the member of parliament, if March 1 has been
disclosed, Aghvan Hovsepyan should publicly announce who has killed
the victims of March 1. He read out the names of the victims and
asked who has killed them.

Nikol Pashinyan said one of Aghvan Hovsepyan’s revelations was to
ascribe to his modest personality. “He used to say that I had used
special words to cause confusion in people. Those words are homeland,
family. The temptation to say that only homeless people can think so
is too big,” Pashinyan said.

Dwelling on Aghvan Hovsepyan’s activities, Nikol Pashinyan said
when the ex-secretary general Henrik Khachatryan was killed in his
office, Aghvan Hovsepyan who then worked in the Procuracy made “all
the revelations” and became prosecutor general. At that time it was
said that transport prosecutor Aram Karapetyan had killed him and then
committed a suicide. According to Nikol Pashinyan, the society agreed
that a procuracy employee had committed the murder but disagreed that
the murderer’s family name was Karapetyan.

Nikol Pashinyan announced that a study of activities of Serzh
Sargsyan-Aghvan Hovsepyan tandem makes it clear that during their
leadership of the system a speaker, a prime minister, a prosecutor
general, two deputy speakers, one commander of internal forces, one
deputy minister of defense, members of parliament were killed. The
list, he says, can be continued.

Nikol Pashinyan announced that March 1 murders will be revealed only
after the change of government. He announced that nobody has been
forgotten, nothing has been forgotten, everyone must remember that
one day justice will knock at their door.

Adriana Karembeu has arrived with her husband, famous Armenian French
businessman Aram Ohanyan.

TURKISH JOURNALIST PROPOSES RE-BUILDING ANI AHEAD OF GENOCIDE CENTENNIAL

A Turkish journalist has called for keeping the Armenian Genocide
issue on the agenda ahead of the 2015 centennial of the big tragedy.

In an article published in the Star, Recep Guvelioglu recommends
focusing attention on the Armenian employment migrants in Turkey and
the reconstruction of the ancient historical city of Ani.

“Ani is the center of our belief. And it is of importance for us too.

Ravaged for many years, Ani is on the border of Armenia.

“As well as the [Holy Cross Church] of Akhtamar, Ani too, must
be reconstructed within a short period with the involvement of
international consultants and foreign development companies.

“After the revival of its constructions, this town must be open for
Armenians, and they must not be required to have a visa or passport
to enter here to see their spiritual values,” he says.

JOINING COALITION ONLY WAY TO POWER – AHARON ADIBEKYAN

If any parliamentary party is against the incumbent authorities it is
actually against itself because it is part of power as well, Director
of the Sociometer center Aharon Adibekyan told reporters on Monday.

According to him, the three non-coalition forces should struggle for
changes in the government.

“If the opposition seeks government posts, it should point out the
problems and propose solutions. They should say this is a deadlock, and
we need an alternative way. I think if you want to come to power, it is
always joining a coalition that is the right way,” Mr Adibekyan said.

The candidates in the next presidential election are not yet
conspicuous.

“We have no leader. No one can be noticed except for Serzh Sargsyan.

Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s rating is 2%, which accounts for his cooperation
with the Prosperous Armenia party to be able to get at least 5% in
parliamentary elections. The Prosperous Armenia party’s rating was
much higher, but all the parties’ ratings are down now.”

NO NEED FOR EGG IMPORT – SERGEY STEPANYAN

Chairman of the Poultry Breeders of Armenia Sergey Stepanyan says
that Armenian producers are concerned over import of eggs because it
causes a price reduction and difficulties for local farmers.

“Eggs with expiring date are often imported to Armenia. As a result,
low-quality eggs are sold at a reduced price, which makes local
producers reduce their prices,” he told Tert.am.

Local producers have expressed their concern to the government.

“Even if there is a need for import, we asked the government to allow
us to deal with the problem,” Mr Stepanyan said.

The government promised to answer on Monday.

“Local producers successfully meet the domestic demand, and we do
not need imported eggs,” he said.

“So we are making a common decision on Monday. If we see a need for
import, it is preferable that companies producing meat products or
confectionery import eggs for their own needs.”

ARMENIA, ARTSAKH MULL WAYS OF STRENGTHENING COOPERATION IN TELECOMMUNICATION

On 20 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan was present
at the opening of the “Paths of Strengthening Cooperation between
Television and Radio Companies of the Republic of Armenia and the
Nagorno Karabagh Republic and Further Development of the Sphere”
conference launched in capital Stepanakert, Central Information
Department of the Office of the NKR President reported.

In his welcoming speech President Sahakyan underlined that the
telecommunications were among the key components of the country’s
socioeconomic and security systems related to almost all the spheres
of life.

Referring to the current problems of the field, the Head of the State
stressed the necessity of continuous modernization of the technical
base, preparation and training of professional cadres, carrying
implementation of serious ideological work, adding that the issues
concerning telecommunications would continue to be at the spotlight
of the authorities.

Conservatoires National de Lyon et de Genève. Il a occupe les fonctions
de directeur du conservatoire National de Musique de Romans (France),

a 2007 et de l’Ensemble instrumental de la Drôme (1973-2007.

Durant ses etudes, Alexandre Siranossian a eu la chance de retrouver
en Suisse les archives du compositeur Stephan Elmas, elève de Fr.

Liszt, oublie par l’histoire et dont il a reconstitue la
biographie….A Romans, il a contribue au developpement de la vie
culturelle et permis a cette petite ville d’accueillir de grands
artistes comme le celèbre violoniste Tibor Varga, Andre Navarra,
A.Babadjanian ou E. Mirzoyan.

Pianiste et chef d’orchestre, Alexandre Siranossian s’est attache dès
le debut de sa carrière a rechercher et diffuser des auteurs oublies
ou peu connus (P.Busseuil, S. Elmas, T. Mansourian, D. Haladjian, G.

Junillon, K. Micouli, A. Messoumentz). Le 8 avril 2005 il cree en
première mondiale avec l’Orchestre Philarmonique d’Armenie la > (1872) de Vincent d’Indy, une de ses grandes
decouvertes ! Il partage depuis, son temps entre les concerts,
la redaction d’une etude sur la presence armenienne dans l’opera
italien et le theâtre francais des XVII° et XVIII° siècles et des
thèmes artistiques divers.

Dès le debut de sa carrière musicale, Alexandre Siranossian, interesse
par l’histoire de la musique, a participe a de nombreuses emissions
televisees consacrees a des musiciens armeniens dans le cadre de
l’emission Les chretiens Orientaux, donne de nombreuses conferences
et publie des etudes dans les revues Pazmaveb (Italie), Armenia
(Marseille), Nouvelles d’Armenie (Paris) France Armenie (Lyon) Azad
magazine (Grenoble), Parev (Nice), Achkhar (Paris, 53 articles) ou
des catalogues d’expositions : Tout sur l’Armenie, 2006, La France,
havre des musiciens Armeniens, pages 136-140 ; Armenie une passion
Francaise (Musee de Montmartre, 2007), Les musiciens aussi, pages
105-109 ; Annee du livre en Armenie (Genève 2011) Armenie impressions
d’une civilisation, Komitas, tradition et polyphonie et La musique
