CALDERA RESOURCES ACCUSES GLOBAL GOLD MINING OF ILLEGAL METHODS OF FIGHT FOR MARJAN MINING

PanARMENIAN.Net
August 6, 2011 – 16:18 AMT

PanARMENIAN.Net – Caldera Resources has filed a complaint with the
American Arbitration Association against Global Gold Corporation who
unilaterally and illegally terminated the JVA between the parties. The
binding arbitration hearing is schedule to start on August 23, 2011.

On July 29, 2011, a decision by the Administrative Court of Armenia
was rendered against the State Register of Legal Entities in Armenia,
declaring that the registration of 100% of the (“MCM-RA”), the holder
of the License of the Marjan Property, in favor of the Joint Venture
vehicle, Marjan-Caldera Mining (“MCM-JV”), was not done properly by
the State Register and that it is null and void.

Caldera has received advice from its legal counsel that the decision
contains numerous errors in law and should be appealed. Caldera
has given instructions to its legal counsel in Armenia to appeal
this decision.

Caldera has made all payments required by the JVA to its estranged
JV Partner Global Gold Corporation (the parent company of Global Gold
Mining, LLC) (collectively “Global Gold”) and indeed made additional
payments to the government of Armenia prior to the coming into force
of the JVA in order to protect the license on the Marjan Property.

On or about October 18, 2010, Caldera discovered a scheme, which was
devised by Mr.Van Krikorian, the CEO and Chairman of Global Gold, to
secretly file a claim against the State Registry of Legal Entities
of Armenia with the Administrative Court of Armenia, without the
knowledge of Caldera. This was done in an attempt to reverse the
registration of the JVA and take back the Marjan project by the back
door (more below) while attempting to bypass the arbitration process.

A Company considers that Global Goals acted illegally and against the
terms outlined in the JVA, in attempting to terminate the agreement.

Caldera is seeking a judgment through the arbitration process
established in the JVA which will declare that the JVA is in full
force. The decision from the courts of Armenia does not affect the
Arbitration in New York or the rights of ownership in the JV. Given
that the judgment of the Administrative Court of Armenia will be
appealed, the judgment will not become effective, according to Caldera
Resources press service.

In 2008, Global Gold Mining got license for operating Marjan
gold-silver mine in Sisian, near Arevis village. In March 2010,
GGM concluded agreement with Caldera on creation of a joint venture,
in which Caldera was supposed to hold a 55% interest in the Marjan
project, while GGM was to own 45%.

Presently both companies accuse one another of Marjan mine illegal
acquisition attempts.

‘Yerevan is concerned over the change of the tendency in the
negotiations in favor of Azerbaijan’.

“Yerevan is concerned over the change of the tendency in the
negotiations in favor of Azerbaijan,” parliamentarian from the
ruling United Russia Party, political analyst Sergey Markov told
Armenian media.

Russian parliamentarian said Baku is dissatisfied with the speed of
improvement in the negotiations. He noted that the Russian leadership
is making serious efforts to achieve progress.

“The negotiations on the resolution of Karabakh conflict are intensive
enough. Though Medvedev make serious efforts, he did not achieve
resolution of the conflict,” he said.

The parliamentarian considers that though the present negotiations
formally aim to solve the conflict, actually efforts are made not to
exacerbate the conflict. Markov considers that lack of progress in
the negotiations increases the chances of exacerbation of the conflict.

BIBLE READING

Bible readings for Sunday, August 7, Second Sunday of Transfiguration
(Eve of the Fast of the Assumption) are: Isaiah 7:1-9; 1 Corinthians
13:11-14:5; Mark 2:1-12.

When he returned to Capernaum after some days, it was reported that he
was at home. So many gathered around that there was no longer room
for them, not even in front of the door; and he was speaking the word
to them. Then some people came, bringing to him a paralyzed man,
carried by four of them. And when they could not bring him to Jesus
because of the crowd, they removed the roof above him; and after
having dug through it, they let down the mat on which the paralytic
lay. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, Son, your
sins are forgiven. Now some of the scribes were sitting there,
questioning in their hearts, Why does this fellow speak in this way?
It is blasphemy! Who can forgive sins but God alone? At once Jesus
perceived in his spirit that they were discussing these questions
among themselves; and he said to them, Why do you raise such questions
in your hearts? Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, Your sins
are forgiven, or to say, Sta!
nd up and take your mat and walk? But so that you may know that the
Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sinshe said to the
paralyticI say to you, stand up, take your mat and go to your
home. And he stood up, and immediately took the mat and went out
before all of them; so that they were all amazed and glorified God,
saying, We have never seen anything like this! (Mark 2:1-12)

ST. ISAIAH THE PROPHET

Today, Thursday, August 4, the Armenian Church remembers the prophet
Isaiah, who is best known for the longest prophetic book in the Old
Testament (66 chapters) that bears his name. In what has been
described as one of the greatest finds, two nearly intact manuscripts
of the entire book of Isaiah were discovered in 1947 in a remote cave
above the north end of the Dead Sea.

Isaiah foretells the birth of the Messiah by a virgin and describes
the suffering of the Messiah for the sins of the world. He foresees
the Resurrection and the universal growth of the Messiahs church. Many
of the New Testament teachings of Jesus refer to the book of
Isaiah. Because of his clear foretelling about Christ the Savior, the
Prophet Isaiah is also recognized as an Old Testament
Evangelist. Although it is not recorded in the Bible, it is believed
that Isaiah died a martyrs death by order of the Hebrew king,
Manasseh. Relics of the prophet are preserved at Mt. Athos in the
Greek Orthodox Khilendaria Monastery in Greece.

TWO HUNDRED HOLY FATHERS OF THE

ECUMENICAL COUNCIL OF EPHESUS

This Saturday, August 6, the Armenian Church commemorates the 200 Holy
Fathers of the Council of Ephesus (431 AD). Ephesus, the third general
ecumenical council, was convened by order of Emperor Theodosius II to
settle the Nestorian heresy. A large number of high-ranking church
leaders attended, headed by Patriarch Cyril of Alexandria. The
principle decision of the Council was the condemnation of
Nestorius. The Council excommunicated Nestorius and condemned the
heresy, affirmed the Nicene Creed, and approved the title of Theotokos
(God-bearer) for the Virgin Mary.

The Armenian Church accepted the canons and decisions of the council
and designated a day in the liturgical calendar on the Saturday of the
Paregentan of the Assumption. The Armenian Church recognizes the first
three ecumenical councils: Nicaea (325); Constantinople (381); and
Ephesus (431), with special days in the liturgical calendar for all
three.

Ephesus is an ancient Greek city and later became the chief city of
the Roman province of Asia at the crossroads of the coastal route
between Smyrna and Cyzicus. The Temple of Ardemis in the city was one
of the great wonders of the ancient world. St. Paul took Christianity
to Ephesus (Acts 18:18-19). He stayed there for two years during his
third missionary journey.

Ephesus is one of the seven churches of Asia mentioned in the Book of
Revelation. In Chapter 2, Jesus praises the people of Ephesus for
their perseverance and hard work, however admonishes them for
forgetting their first love: their Christianity had become a faithful
ritual rather than a relationship of love to the Lord.

Ephesus, now located in Turkey in the province of Izmir, is a popular
international tourist destination.

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Mediamax’s source in the Armenian Foreign Ministry

USA over the lease of the Yerevan “Erebuni” airport.

“These reports are simply absurd,” the diplomatic source said.

The information about negotiations was published in “Haykakan Zhamanak”

Mediamax recalls that the Russian air group, making part of the
102d Russian military base located in Armenia, is based in “Erebuni”
airport. The air group is equipped with MiG-29 fighters.

The personnel of the air base located in “Erebuni” are on combat

Address of Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan during the solemn

Respected attendees, Dear athletes,

Today we are partaking in a very important and symbolic event. In a
few minutes at the Gandzasar’s Cathedral of St John the Baptist the
torch of the 5th Pan-Armenian games will be lit. It is not casual.

During the last 20 years Artsakh has become the symbol of consolidation
of the world-spread Armenians.

Such events also depict the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora solid and
inflexible trinity. We highlight the role of the Pan-Armenian games
from the very viewpoint of continuous strengthening of this trinity.

These games are not only a pure sense competitions, but also another
expression of our national solidarity and unity. The victorious
spirit must always be strong in every Armenian and accompany us on
our unbroken way.

Together with teams from different cities of the world about 100
athletes from Artsakh will partake in these games. They worked hard
and are ready to participate worthily and struggle for the prize
places. In Artsakh we will follow with great attention the course of
the games and the participation of our athletes.

August 2, 2011
YEREVAN

Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan and Transport and
Communication Minister Manuk Vardanyan participated in the opening
of 2.5 km reconstructed section of state importance highway
Sevan-Martuni-Getap near the village Lchashen on Saturday.

The road section which was being reconstructed since 2008 was
underflooding in the result of increase of water level of the Lake
Sevan. At present, this road corresponds to the operation norms and
is not dangerous for transportation.

Bank protection measures and land works has been implemented in this
road section. Metallic blocks are constructed along the road and
fixation works of the road bed have been implemented. The level of
the road is higher the sea level by 3.7 meters.

The cost of reconstruction was 968 million drams.

Taking into account the increase of water level, it is envisaged that
the road will serve minimum 10-12 years.

result heats the dry grass then fire under the influence of a wind
starts to extend on all territory lights up. “It is the Azerbaijan
party specializes on deliberate kindling of fires. They set fire to
