Caretaker Minister of Culture Mohammad Wissam Mortada welcomed on Tuesday Armenian Ambassador to Lebanon Vahagn Atabekyan, with whom he discussed the general situation and developments in Lebanon and the region, in addition to bilateral relations between both countries on all levels, especially the cultural ones.
