YEREVAN, MARCH 6, ARMENPRESS. Ambassador-at-Large Edmon Marukyan expressed caution Monday regarding Azerbaijan’s disinformation falsely accusing Armenia of opening gunfire, noting that Baku usually does so while preparing for new provocations or attacks.
“Yesterday’s attack by Azerbaijani sabotage group isn’t the last news. Today Azerbaijan spreads fake news about shootings from the Armenian positions,” Marukyan tweeted. “Azerbaijan always spreads such lies while preparing for new provocation or attack. The Intl community must deter new attacks against Armenia & Nagorno Karabakh.”
