Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev again made threats against Armenia.
“Talking about status is a very dangerous issue for Armenia, and we too can demand status for Zangezur,” he said.
Aliyev also claimed that “a high-ranking official in the Russian defence ministry promised that Armenian armed formations would be withdrawn from Karabakh by June.”
Azerbaijani media report that Aliyev said this, in particular, at a meeting devoted to the results of the first half of this year.
