CivilNet: US House passes amendment, demanding release of Armenian POWs

The US House of Representatives passed the Cardenas-Schiff-Sherman Amendment demanding the release of Armenian POWs currently captive in Azerbaijan. 

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has called for a return to the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group.
