Armenia ruling party MP unexpectedly admits that member candidate for anti-corruption commission is his wife

Today the National Assembly of Armenia is considering the election of a member of the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption.

The ruling My Step faction has nominated Tatevik Barseghyan, who is 29 years old.

After Barseghyan was introduced, deputy of the My Step faction Sos Avetisyan reported a ‘conflict of interest’ and particularly informed that Barseghyan is his wife.
