Vladimir Karapetyan to replace Tigran Seiranian as Armenia’s Ambassador to Ukraine

President Armen Sarkissian has signed a decree recalling Tigran Seiranian from the post of Armenian Ambassador to Ukraine.

According to another presidential decree, Vladimir Karapetyan has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Ukraine for a three-year term.
