Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan today hosted National Hero of Armenia, Argentine-Armenian businessman and benefactor Eduardo Eurnekian.
Greeting Mr. Eurnekian, the Prime Minister stated the following: “Dear Mr. Eurnekian, I am glad to meet with you in Armenia. During this period, we have held a telephone conversation and discussed our future actions and your possible investment programs in Armenia. I am glad that you are still excited about the opportunities for the implementation of investment programs in Armenia amid the coronavirus and the created situation. Your former programs are being successfully implemented, and I am certain that the results of this cooperation will be more visible for Armenia.”
Eurnekian stated that he will consistently continue his investment programs in different sectors in Armenia and attached importance to the close cooperation with the Government of Armenia.
The Prime Minister and the Argentine-Armenian businessman discussed the programs being implemented by Armenia International Airports CJSC in Armenia and particularly touched upon the development of Zvartnots Airport of Yerevan and Shirak Airport of Gyumri, the improvement and renovation of infrastructures and further operation of those airports. They also exchanged views on other current and upcoming business projects of the companies belonging to Eurnekian in Armenia.
