Students are carrying out an awareness campaign in the yard of YSU’s main building, demanding the resignation of Rector Aram Simonyan.


The participants of the action are dissatisfied that although a new board of trustees was formed in YSU, it has a new president, the demands of the protesters are being ignored.



According to the students, the new board of trustees does not show a student-centered policy. YSU students demand an extraordinary meeting of the council.



A group of students sat in front of the YSU board of trustees door. They demand that the council convene a meeting and express no confidence in the rector of YSU.


They say we will not leave until they come out and accept their letter.
